• Take two cups of rice wash them and dip in the water for half an hour.
  • take a medium-size onion cut it in small pieces.
  • take one medium tomato, one tablespoon salt, half tablespoon red chili powder, half tablespoon cumin, half tables spoon ginger garlic paste, and half tablespoon dhania powder.
  • take a quarter cup of oil in a pan add onion and cook them until their color turns into medium brown.
  • add chopped tomato and all the ingredients mentioned above with a very little amount of water.
  • cook them for 5 minutes.
  • add 4 cups of water.
  • add rice when water is boiled.
  • cover the pan for 10 to 15 minutes when water in the rice is dry.
  • and the rice is ready to eat.
