- Salt to taste.
- 2 tablespoon of oil
- green chili paste one tablespoon.
- One egg.
- Coriander about 2 to 3 tables spoon.
- Half cup of besan or makai ka ataa.
- Half tablespoon of black pepper powder.
- One to two tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 1 tablespoon of cumin powder.
Take a bowl to add minced chicken or beef, add onion paste, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, and all the ingredients mentioned above mix it well and put this mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes.
How to make seekh kabab
take iron sticks specially made for the seekh kababs. Take a full hand of keema and add it to iron sticks and give the shape of seekh kebabs by pressing gently in upward direction. The procedure is shown below in the picture.
Put these sticks on the burnt coals and also apply a little amount of oil on them.roast them until their outside appears totally brown. our seekh kebabs are ready to serve. serve them with yogurt sauce.
Instructions while making seekh kabab
Rinse the extra water of onions. You can add spices according to your taste. chopped the beef finely. You can add up more basin if the kebabs are not assembled.
