Method to cook chicken karahi
Heat up oil in a wok, karahi, or any suitable pan. Add chopped onions. fry the onions until their color turns into light brown. Add chicken in it and also add salt with the chicken. Add ginger-garlic paste.
By stirring frequently fry this chicken until its color turns into golden brown. Then add chopped tomatoes and all the other spices in it. And cook it very well until your chicken is well cooked and oil is separated. you can add also some amount of water if the chicken is not cooked well.
